As we all know, in Indian society, consumers are the most exploited group of people by many companies, industries and firms. Before Indians were exploited by the British people just for their own concerns. Even after India got the freedom, the scenario of exploiting Indians has never changed. Many times, the consumers are cheated by the traders.

The quality and quantity are the two factors used by these traders and companies to cheat the Indian people. Here comes the importance of consumer court. Consumer court takes the responsibility of resolving any consumer disputes between the companies and the customer. There is also forum where we can write any complaints about the companies and the manufacturers. We can say that Business & Finance like Banking, Insurance company is the area where many people are cheated by the firms. We can write complaints about the company or the seller of the product which has any discrepancies.
